"Ashley's Yoga classes and Workshops have been so helpful for me! The Best Foot Forward class has been great for my feet, as well as my whole body. The Yoga for Empaths class was super informative and it felt great to be surrounded and supported by like-minded people. I plan to incorporate more of her classes into my schedule in the future. They've been great experiences so far and I really appreciate her teaching style. Highly Recommend!"
